Newton MA, 02460 email betsy7bill@comcast.net Oct. 29, 2015 Town of Yarmouth Building Dept. 1146 Rt. 28 South Yarmouth MA 02664 Attached are Lot Inquiry Forms and $90.00 fee for each inquiry for vacant lots at addresses of 25 Ellis Circle and 16 Belvedere Terr., Yarmouthport. The lots are owned by the Betsy P. Leitch Trust, of which I am trustee, established by Betsy P. Leitch, deceased Sept. 1, 2015 (death certificate available on request.) The trust needs to determine value of lots for estate purposes, based on market and other factors, including building potential by Yarmouth standards. Note that these lots on separate streets have a small common boundary, shown on the Town map. Does this affect building potential for the lot?The lots have separate deeds and taxes are paid on that basis.
