Nolan 11 Coughlin Road North Easton, MA 02356 RE: 10 Berwick Road, West Yarmouth, MA (Parcel 12J3 ) This is a letter report on my March 1995 investigation and field work relating to the new Title 5 Sanitary Code and the buildability of your #10 Berwick Road lot. The lot is buildable (see attachment "A" , question 5) . The .lot is in flood zone B. Flood zone B is an area between the 100-year flood and 500-year flood. The high side of the lot (near road) is at elevation 11 .8 feet, based upon National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 . A shallow auger hole, in garden area, revealed fine beach sand beginning at about 3 feet below the ground surface. Overall, site conditions appear favorable for residential construction including the siting of an adequate sanitary system. Actual design of a sanitary system would depend upon results of standard percolation testing and machine-dug observations pits. If I can be of any further assistance please give me a call .
