located at a distance no greater than fifteen feet from any
building; and all exterior garbage and rubbish disposal
facilities shall be either underground or suitably covered
and enclosed. Garbage or refuse containers shall not be
visible from the ways shown on the aforementioned plan of
land. The burning of garbage or refuse is pixohibited. No
refuse pile or unsightly objects shall be allowed to be
viewed or suffered to remain anywhere on the premises and,

The above described premises are conveyed subject to the following' R
restrictions which are imposed on the premises conveyed for the
benefit of the grantor named herein and not as a common scheme.
They shall remain in full force and effect until January 1, 1989 `
and may be enforced, modified or waived only by said grantor or
such other persons or other legal entity as said grantor may
appoint for such purposes by document recorded at the Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds:
1. No lot shall be further subdivided; and two or more lots used
in combination as a building site shall be deemed as one for
the purposes of determining setbacks and the number of build-
ings to be erected thereon.
2. No building or structure shall be erected, placed or allowed
to stand on the premises nor shall any alteration to the
exterior of any structure be made, until the plans and
specifications therefor shall have been approved in writing
,by the grantor, or its assigns , and such approval has
recorded by the grantees in the Registry of Deeds for
Barnstable County. To secure said approval, the grantees
agree to submit to the grantor or its successors in title,
a complete set of exterior plans and specifications showing
the exterior design, height and building material of the
proposed structure and its proposed location on the site, said
plans and specifications to become the property of the grantor
or its successors in title. It is the intent of this
restriction that any structure erected on the premises shall
be of Cape Cod or Colonial design, containing at least nine
hundred (900) square feet of living area on the first floor,
exclusive of garage or porches ; and in addition shall have
an attached garage or garage under the building or structure i
