Also, I have obtained the following additional information regarding the property. 1. The subdivision plan was endorsed on July 3, 1963; said plan is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 181, Page 125. 2. At the time of subdivision,there was no minimum upland requirement 3. The parcel presently contains 9,260 square feet of upland. I hope this information is helpful.
