Dear Ms. Bryson:
This is to serve as a follow-up to your June 29,2006 letter and conveyance information submitted June 30
2006. This information tracked the ownership history for lots 9& 10 shown as parcel 215 on assessors
map22 and adjoining parcels 214,216 and 217/218. Lots 9 and 10 contain in excess of 8,000 square fee.
and frontage in eac ess of 80 feet.
According to my records the town's zoning changed on February 14, 1950 when the minimum lot size
increased from 6,500 square feet to 8,500 square feet. Based on the information provided, lots 9 and 10
were conveyed on October 18, 1949; prior to this change and have not been held in common ownership
with more than one other lot since that time. Therefore based on this information,both lots qualifY for
protection prarsitanr to zoning bylaw Section 104.3.4 (2) and M.G.L. Charger 4OA, Section d----

Finally,the 1949 conveyanceway not included with the previous lot inquiries and associated conveyance
information of May 13, 2003,and April 28, 2006,resulting in the negative determinations noted on those
forms.
