setts, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, the land in Yarmouth, Barnstable
County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: -
NORTHERLY by land of Guido R. Perera and Alice B. Davis as shown
on a plan hereinafter referred to, One Hundred One

EASTERLY by land of Town of Yarmouth as shown on said plan,
