#34 Met with occupant of 23 + years for the
inspection. I observed that the unit reflects the
tenant's long-term occupancy of 23 years, with
some areas showing signs of a less structured
approach to upkeep. Front and rear yards nicely
landscaped. Unit meets 105 CMR 410.000,
Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human
Habitation. Please see below for details.
