Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
#32 Met with occupant of 22 + years for the inspection. I
observed that the unit reflects the tenant's long-term
occupancy of 22 years, with some areas showing signs of a
less structured approach to upkeep. Unit was failed upon initial
inspection on 2/26/2024, this inspection showed improved
cleanliness, a new rug and some painting had been done. Front
and rear yards nicely landscaped. Unit meets 105 CMR
410.000, Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation.
Additionally, I gave the occupant some information on senior
services that may be of help. Please see below for details.
