This inspection is for both the follow-up from Sept 2023 and 2024/2025 year. Home was found overall, neat, clean and organized. All outstanding issues from 2023 have been appropriately addressed. Only item identified in this inspection is the weather stripping on storm door at front. Please see below. Owner will send photo when repaired. Checklist: 1. (B) Expandable, temporary screens shall not satisfy the requirements of 105 CMR 410.540(A).
