I have filled out, signed, and attached a copy of this form in regard to whether lot 81.56 at Kenrick Way in South Yarmouth is considered buildable by the Town of Yaimouth for real estate tax assessment purposes. I am hoping that the Town of Yarmouth can make this determination in a timely manner so that I may file an Application for Abatement of Real Property Tax with the Assessor's office before the deadline this November 17. Note that my sister Janet Teglas filed an abatement with the Town of Yarmouth on behalf of the Kenrick Family Trust in 2000 which was accepted by the Town on the grounds that lot 81.56 did not have sufficient frontage to be considered buildable. The frontage of this lot has not changed and remains at 44 feet. Please let rue know if you need to receive a copy of this document by postal mail.
