As a result, I will provide you and Mr. Conrad with a letter revising my September 2, 2020 determination, in effect, asserting the aforementioned details. James D. My first impression is this fits within the exclusion stated in Section 104.3.4 of the by-law that allows for up to 3 contiguous non-conforming lots to retain their grandfathered status.
