Good afternoon Jim,
Thank you for your call earlier today. I am happy to provide you with the supporting documents you requested.
Attached please find the following documents re 121 Long Pond Road:
• Original deed to Rebecca Kantrowitz and Rose Kieval as Joint Tenants
• Recorded death certificate for Rebecca Kantrowitz
• Recorded death certificate for Rose Kieval
• 121 Long Pond Rd. Deed from Rose Kieval Estate to the Kieval Children Special Needs Trust
• Inventory from the Estate of Rose Kieval listing 121 Long Pond Rd.
Please note that Rebecca Kantrowitz predeceased Rose Kieval, however, the death certificate for Rebecca Kantrowitz
was not recorded at the time of her death. Therefore when Rose Kieval died it would have appeared that since the
property was held in joint tenancy that it would pass to Rebecca Kantrowitz upon Rose's death. Once it was discovered
that Rebecca's death certificate had not ever been recorded,we recorded it to rectify the chain of ownership.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or need additional documentation.
Kind regards,
Lynne

Good Afternoon Jim,
I need your assistance. Before I start marketing a vacant lot I would like to find out, on behalf of my client,
what a prospective buyer would be able to build at 121 Long Pond Drive in S. Yarmouth. This property is held
in a trust for a disabled man by Attorney Charles Case in Centerville.
I have attached the town map as well as the recorded plan.
If you could please advise me I would deeply appreciate it.
Thanks and Have a Great Day.
Mark
