Deed from Rose Kieval Estate to the Kieval Children Special Needs Trust • Inventory from the Estate of Rose Kieval listing 121 Long Pond Rd. Please note that Rebecca Kantrowitz predeceased Rose Kieval, however, the death certificate for Rebecca Kantrowitz was not recorded at the time of her death. Therefore when Rose Kieval died it would have appeared that since the property was held in joint tenancy that it would pass to Rebecca Kantrowitz upon Rose's death. Once it was discovered that Rebecca's death certificate had not ever been recorded,we recorded it to rectify the chain of ownership.
