plan entitled "DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN OF LAND IN SOUTH YARMOUTH, MA OFF NORTH
DENNIS ROAD & NICKERSON FARM WAY", prepared by Arne H. Ojala, Registered
Professional Land Surveyor, dated May 29, 2003, revised July 14, 2003, and recorded
c. in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Said Covenant is recorded at the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 17511, Page€07974. 277.

Has a Lot Inquiry form been submitted. If not, you or your client can obtain the form on the Town of
Yarmouth website, via Building Dept., forms. We research the ownership and zoning change history of the lot
in question and all adjoining lots and make a written determination as to whether it is protected
(grandfathered). There is a$90 fee for performing this function. A determination is usually made within a
week of receiving these forms.

Good Afternoon Jim,
My client, Dan Christopoulos, owner of the South Yarmouth Dairy Queen is in the process of purchasing land
to build on 47 Nickerson Farm Road in South Yarmouth. The perc test has already been completed and his
lender is looking for a verification on the buildability of the lot from the Town. The other two adjoining lots
have already been developed. I called the office today and spoke with Rosa Fallon and she suggested sending
you an email to help expedite the process.
Any help you can offer would be deeply appreciated.
