Please find in the following the first of 6 reports for the above-referenced project. The approved bank stabilization / vegetative project installed early December 2024 is stable and
largely planted with seasonably available approved plant material. The balance of planting is planned for early 2025. The restoration area is intact and stabilized consistent with
the approved order of conditions. Monthly site visits are planned throughout the year especially after significant weather events.
