The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40. and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143, 145 on January
2, 2024. beginning at 5 p.m*
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Joseph and Sheila Pandolfo,
36 Shore Side Drive,
Proposed addition, deck, and
driveway in land subject to
coastal storm flowage.
Notice of Intent
Joseph Senerchia, 194
Pawkannawkut Drive,
Proposed new construction of
a single-family dwelling in
land subject to coastal storm
flowage and the buffer zone
to a bordering vegetated
wetland.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall. 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. Specific information for

the public and/or parties with
a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting can be
