TOWN OF YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation Commission will conduct public
hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetland Act, M.G.L.
Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland
Bylaw, Chapter 143; 145 on January 16, 2024, beginning at 5
p.m. for the following matters:
Request for Determination of Applicability_
Lou Palmieri, 88 Pine Cone Drive, Proposed raze and replace
of a single-family dwelling with new septic system in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
Robert and Maureen Kelly, 146 Mayflower Terrace, Proposed
reconstruction and expansion of pier, ramp and float system;
replacement bulkhead with sloped stone revetment within
LSCSF, coastal bank, salt marsh, land under the ocean, land
containing shellfish and the buffer zones to a salt marsh and
coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route
28, South Yarmouth, MA. Specific information for participa-
tion by members of the public and/or parties with a right
and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found
within the posted agenda on the town's website at
https://www.Yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least 48 hours
in advance of the meeting.

contacting the Conservation Office at
bdirienzo@yarmouth.ma.us, between 8:30a.m. and 4p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
