Building Commissioner
Town of Yarmouth
1146 Route 28
South Yarmouth, MA 02554
Dear Building Commissioner:
I have enclosed an inquiry form to establish if the aforementioned parcel of land is build
able.
According to my correspondence from the Land Court, the reference states: Land in said
Yarmouth at Parkers River, shown as Lot H2 on Asssessors'Map 27. When my
husband Patrick Allen spoke to the Assessors Office, there was trouble locating the parcel
under that description. After some time looking, they found the parcel under a new map
and lot number. Map No#32, lot No 98.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with any information regarding a
plan for this section of Parker's River. Is the parcel build able? If so, what could be
constructed? Would special permits be needed? Is there clear access to the lot? If not,
what steps need to be taken to gain access? It has been stated that there is a plan to put
boat docks or moorings across from this lot location on Parker's River. I would also be
interested in knowing if these docks will access to the ocean. If I need to contact another
department concerning the boat docks, would you please provide that information
including the contact person.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
Respectfully yours,
/Le_
