Hi Tara:
I have completed the lot evaluation for 7 Pondview Ave. This was more involved than anticipated. However, based on
the ownership records of the lot in question and adjoining lots, I find the lot has merged for zoning purposes. This lot
was once held in common ownership with 14 & 20 Camp street and then fell into separate ownership on October 10,
2000. It then fell back into common ownership on November 8, 2000, thus disqualifying it from zoning protection.
I make this determination with one condition; that is, how, when and if the merger of the other two lots(14& 20 Camp
St) impact the disqualification of the parcel on 7 Pondview Ave. An attorney would have to conduct more legal research
if that becomes a contention.
I hope this is helpful in some.

Camp St and not 7 Pondview Ave.
