certain real property, together with any buildings and improvements
thereon, situated in West Yarmouth, Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the premises herein conveyed
at land now or late of Fred Hurst, and running southwesterly by
land of Dennisport Furniture Company five hundred seventy-nir)e and
thirty-two hundredths (579.32) feet to other land of Dennisport
Furniture Company; thence turning and running North 64 58120" West
by said last-mentioned land of Dennisport Furniture Company nine
hundred three and ninety-five hundredths (903.95),feet to a point;
thence turning and running North 61 51' 50!'-es li by said last-
mentioned land of Dennisport Furniture Company three and sixty
hundredths (3.60) feet to the easterly line of South Sea Avenue;
thence turning and running northeasterly by said South Sea Avenue

recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Book 1494,
Page 1124.
Being the same premises conveyed to Central Vermont Radio
Corporation by quitclaim deed from Sea -Mount Radio Corp. of New
York dated July 11, 1977 and recorded in the `r?arnstaLle County
Registry of Deeds, Book 2580, Page 110.
This conveyance is made subject to and with the benefits of all
r.ights-of-way pertaining to the premises.
