Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant Steve for the inspection. The unit
showed signs of housekeeping issues, with
general clutter and disorganization. All smoke and
carbon monoxide detectors were missing. I
immediately called the owner who said he would
have them up today and send me pictures.

board is an allowable substrate above the
