Dear Members of the Commission:
Please find enclosed a WPA Form 8A — Request for Certificate of Compliance for
work associated with the above referenced project.
This project involves work approved under this Order of Conditions originally
dated September 6, 1984. The work involved the expansion of an existing
cranberry bog. At that time the owner was Edgewood Trust. The current owner is
Mello Wilson Cranberry Corp. The proposed cranberry bog expansion appears to
be in compliance with the original approved plan.
