BOARD OF APPEALS
At the December 2, 2024 meeting of the Yarmouth Board of Health. the Board discussed the
status of the septic system located at Wilson's Cranberry Bog, 16 Denver Drive, West
Yarmouth. Both owners, Steve and Brian Wilson were in attendance.
The Board focused the discussion on the barn located on the property, adjacent to the bog,
which includes both a shower facility and washing machine. There are no records in the
Health Office of a Title 5 compliant system, engineered plans, pert test, As Built Plan, or
Letter of Compliance.
Additionally, the Building Division has no record of plumbing or building permits for these
facilities.
The Yarmouth Board of Health ordered the owners to provide an inspection report from a
Title 5 Inspector within 10 days of the meeting.
As of this date, the Health Office has not received an inspection report. The Board's next
meeting is Monday, December 16, 2024.
