The Board required that in this renewal application for employee housing at the Property for the 2025 season, the Applicant provide a list of any complaints or incidents from the Police Department during the 2024 season. The intent is to allow the Board and Applicant to review and discuss past and future measures to ensure the ongoing success of the needed, seasonal employee housing at the site. The Applicant continues to proactively engage with neighbors and the Town and has a good relationship with both. Attached is the log list available at the Police Department related to the Property during the 2024 season. Of the eight entries: Four were related to activities on site, including two alleging a stolen package, one lost Social Security card, and one report of stolen money; 2. Three were related to oil site motor vehicle accidents involving employees living at the site; and One was related to a misplaced wallet at the Mariner Motor Lodge and not related to 452 Main Street.
