For consideration paid and in full consideration of THREE MILLION DOLLARS and NO CENTS
($3,000,000.00)
grants to Amplify Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, having an address of 3172
North Rainbow Blvd, PMB 75852, Las Vegas, Nevada 89108 ("Grantee")
with QUIITCLAW COVENANTS
The land with the buildings and improvements thereon known as 452 Main Street, West Yarmouth,
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, described as follows:

SOUTHWESTERLY by Lot 2, a twenty -five -foot -wide easement and Lot 3, three hundred forty-two
and 29/100 (342.29) feet.

Realty Associates dated November 17, 1978, Edward E. Kelley, Reg. Land Surveyor, Cummaquid,
Massachusetts" duly recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 330 Page 24.
The Grantor has not been and shall not be treated as a cotporation for purposes of federal income
taxation.
