Overall Remarks:
Inspection completed 6/2024 by previous
inspector, he spoke to owner and told her as long
as she locked the half bathroom [there is a full
bath available] and didn’t make it available to
guests, he would issue a rental certificate. I spoke
to the owner today, January 23, 2025 she assures
me she will do the same thing and down the road
she does plan to add venting. Additionally, she will
add a screen to the kitchen window and send me
a photo. Issue rental certificate for 2025. Next
inspection in 2026.
