Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143; 145 on February 6, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Request for Determination of Applicability_ David C. and Marie K.M. Melaragni, 1 Seaside Village Road. Proposed addition on posts supported by sonotubes within land subiect to Coastal Storm Flowage. Notice of Intent Lighthouse Realty Trust, 1033 Great Island Road Proposed bank stabilization with sand bags and recon- struction and expansion of concrete sea walls within a coastal bank, coastal beach, and the velocity flood zone.
