The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; 145 on February
6, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_

Melaragni, 1 Seaside Village
Road. Proposed addition on
posts supported by sonotubes
within land subiect to
Coastal Storm Flowage.
Notice of Intent
Lighthouse Realty Trust,
1033 Great Island Road
Proposed bank stabilization
with sand bags and recon-
struction and expansion of
concrete sea walls within a
coastal bank, coastal beach,
and the velocity flood zone.

Road After -the -fact filing for
retaining walls and fill,
fence, and improvements to
rinse station within land

The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
