Subject: Proposed project at 2 Andrina Road
My wife Madeline and I (Tom McCormick) live at 7 Andrina Road. We purchased the house in early 1999
and raised our two adult children on the Cape. Both have threatened to disown us if we ever think about
selling it.
We live kitty-corner from the Boland family home at 2 Andrina Road. We have known Julie Haley and her
family for 25 years.
We are absolutely thrilled that Mark and Julie now own the property and want to build a home that
represents the history of their families legacy as well as updates the property and the neighbourhood.
When Julie showed us the plans for the new house we expressed our satisfaction with the drawings,
especially how much it retained the style of the original house.
Since we walk our dog every day past the house it will brighten up the neighborhood foryears to come.
