Dear members of the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals,
We are writing to formally support the new house proposed to be built at 2 Andrina Road, West
Yarmouth, MA, by Julie and Mark Haley. We have lived at 23 Lewis Bay Road for nearly 25 years and are
3 houses away. We have known Julie and Mark for over 20 years and are thrilled that they want to raze
and replace it with a new house that will be extremely similar to the old one.
We have seen their design plans and think that proposed house fits nicely in the neighborhood, is
consistent with the character of our neighborhood and is entirely considerate of the privacy of the
neighborhood. The Haleys are building very responsibly and their proposed house would improve our
area.
We hope that the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will grant the Haleys a special permit or
variance for a pre-existing non -conforming structure so that they can locate the new house in the same
place on the lot as the old house.
