My sister Caroline and I own 34 Lorena Road in West Yarmouth, and our home abuts Julie and Mark
Haley's home at 2 Andrina Road.
We are reaching out to you to inform you that we fully support Julie and Mark's plan to raze and
rebuild their home. We believe that they did their due diligence, and their plans are tasteful. By
keeping the classic Cape Cod design, the house will fit seamlessly into the neighborhood.
Julie and Mark have purchased this house from Julie's family and have a lot of cherished memories
at 2 Andrina. They are passionate about preserving the past while bringing the home to today's
standards. We know the Haleys personally and are confident that they will be very much involved
with the project from beginning to end to ensure the integrity of the neighborhood, their family's
memories, and Cape Cod charm is upheld. With that, we express a strong vote of confidence for
their proposed project at 2 Andrina Road.
