at +/- 25 pa in the rough or final stage. Currently MA Stretch Code Towns must meet the same
requirements.
Square footage of condationed space as 1693.4 square feet:
- Maximum allowable leakage of 4 cfm per 100 sqft=57.72 cfm: (4 cfm x 1693.4 sq ftl
100 sq ft = 67 .72 cfml

Conclusion
Based on-testing ofthe total duct systems, the observed total duct leakage at the time oftesting of the system was at or below the allowable limits (4 cf m per 100-sq ft) as set forth inlECc 2021 with tested results of 3,96 cfm per 100 sq ft. The total duct leakigi was 67.13 cfm =3.96 cfm per 100 sq ft.
The system as installed meets the recommended guidelines and no further sealing is required.
