Relief Requested
To raze and essentially rebuild the existing, nonconforming family home using the existing
15’3” setback from the street instead of 30’, thus retaining and supporting the character of
the neighborhood. Objective is our full-time primary year-round residence in July 2026.
Unanimously supported and approved by the Yarmouth Historical Commission.
The look from the street will remain essentially unchanged: Five panel full Cape with center
entry and center chimney, white clapboard siding and cedar shutters.
