With Quitclaim Covenants
The land together with the buildings thereon, situated at the corner of Andrina Road (formerly
Priscilla Road) and Lewis Bay Road, and known as 2 Andrina Road, West Yarmouth, Barnstable
County, Massachusetts and bounded and described as follows:

Being the land shown as Lot 40 on plan entitled, "Englewood Heights, overlooking Lewis Bay on
Cape Cod, West Yarmouth, Mass., April 26, 1926, Property of Lorena S. Lacker" duly filed in the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 58, Page 21.
Said premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
