The Yarmouth Historical Commission reviewed the Notice of Intent to Demolish a
Historic Building packet submitted by the applicants at their meeting January 9,
2025. After discussion, it was agreed that the current structure is not historically
significant. In addition, the applicants plan to build a house that preserves the
character of the neighborhood. The YHC voted 5-0-0 to allow the demolition to go
forward since the new house will be similar to the demolished structure.
