Dear Members of the Board of Appeals,
We are writing to express our support for the proposed raze and replace at 2 Andrina Road, proposed by Mark and Julie
Haley.
As a neighboring property owner at 29 Lewis Bay Rd, we have reviewed the proposed plans. It looks like they are
essentially reconstructing the existing structure in the same location, with a similar look and feel, but at today's
standards.
As it is currently proposed, they have our full support for their proposed variance on setback relief.
