SHED-OK-Gasoline storage for grounds equipment.
HOUSEKEEPING UNIT- removed temporarily and relocated to the Riviera
Beach Resort Housekeeping Unit as a result of a flood.
BOILER ROOM-Plumbers' antifreeze only.
JACCUZZI ROOM-no materials -Jacuzzi is closed.
INDOOR POOL PIT-liquid chlorine on concrete floor -dry chemicals elevated off
of floor- muriatic acid should be stored in compatible plastic secondary
containment.
OUTDOOR POOL PIT- liquid chlorine on concrete floor-muriatic acid needs
compatible plastic secondary containment -dry pool chemical on higher floor
of concrete above the floor which the liquid chlorine is stored on and above the
pool equipment.
MAINTENANCE AREA-Flammables locker in use. Latex products outside of
cabinet.
PAINT BRUSHES- Latex paint brushes if cleaned will be washed in a pail with
minimal water and the water absorbed in the trash. Brushes are not washed in
sinks of onto the ground.
