Occupant has applied tape to many surfaces of the unit including ceiling, walls, switches, bath fan, circuit breaker panel, smoke detectors, and sprinkler heads. The Occupant was reminded of the danger of taping over smoke detectors and sprinklers. The Occupant was unwilling to comply and informed that the Fire Dept would have to be notified. Checklist: 1.
