Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143; on March 6, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Request for Determination of Applicability_ Thomas Baker, 10 Mackenzie Road, Proposed addition and garage over existing drive- way in Land Subiect to Coastal Storm Flowage. Notice of Intent Raymond and Harriet Fellows, 222 Blue Rock Road, Filing to permit exist- ing rock wall and modifica- tions to pier, ramp and float within Coastal Bank, Fish Run, Land Containing Shell- fish, Land under the Ocean, and Salt Marsh. Malcolm Nolen, 64 White Cedar Road, Proposed patio and driveway modifications with mitigation plantings in the buffer zone to a coastal bank. Alfredo Lopi lato, 21 Televi- sion Lane, Proposed eleva- tion and relocation of a single family dwelling, septic tank replacement, regrading and retaining walls in Land Sub i ect to Coastal Storm Flowage. David Todesco, 172 Pawkan- nawkut Drive, Proposed installation of a new vertical bulkhead with minor mainte- nance dredging (75 CY) and replacement of an old pier, ramp, and float system in land under the ocean, coastal bank, and LSCSF. Rosangela Caloiero, 59 Oyster Cove Road (ease- ment), Proposed construc- tion of a dock facility in Coasta I Bank, Coasta I Beach, Salt Marsh, Land Containing Shellfish, Land Under the Ocean, LSCSF and Riverfront Area. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA.
