Cindy is fine with it as a minor change. Approved.

Did you have a chance to talk to Cindy about this one, or do you want me to
just tell the resident we need a COA?
Thanks Bob!

Hi, Old Kings Highway
Historic District
I didn't realize it had been installed either.
Maybe check with Cindy to see what she thinks, since she was the most
concerned about the grille pattern when it was discussed during the
hearing. If both of you think that it's enough of a change to require a COA, I
will notify the resident.
Thanks Bob,
Lisa

Hi,
So I see it is already (albeit not completed - yet) installed. Too bad, because although the
window doesn't look ill- proportioned ,byitself, it no longer relates to the window on the
other side of the front door.
I think the change is sufficiently significant to warrant a second COA. Perhaps we could
waive the fee?
... or I could ask Cindy what she thinks. She was the one who was concerned about
maintaining verticality of the "individual" lights, and the 4/3 configuration does achieve
that.

Hi,
I talked to Bob Wilkins about your window dilemma — can you
send me a picture of the incorrect window so he can see what it
looks like? 1 D o JA
