Hi, So I see it is already (albeit not completed - yet) installed. Too bad, because although the window doesn't look ill- proportioned ,byitself, it no longer relates to the window on the other side of the front door. I think the change is sufficiently significant to warrant a second COA. Perhaps we could waive the fee? ... or I could ask Cindy what she thinks.
