Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant of 12 years for the inspection. The
unit was functional with working smoke and CO
detectors. However, it was cluttered and in need
of housekeeping, which is the tenant’s
responsibility. Significant peeling paint was noted
on main floor ceilings; The tenant stated that the
issue had been reported to the landlord who plans
to send someone pending coordination with the
tenant’s schedule, which remains to be finalized.
Additionally, tenant does not use second floor
outdoor space. Meets 105 CMR 410.00: Minimum
standards of fitness for human habitation (State
sanitary code, chapter II)
