NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S. HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 24, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: ht#gs:lllf.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&reoo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 25-AO16 Dennis Brisson and Maureen MacAdam (Owners) and Stuart Construction, Inc. (Agent): To
replace right side elevation siding at 87 Freeboard Lane
2. 25-A017 Mark and Robin Nasson (Owners): To construct a shed at 27 Minnetuxet Way
3. 25-AO18 Patricia Clifford (Owner) and New England Home Improvement (Agent): To construct an
addition to the left side elevation at 36 Bentbluff Lane
4. 25-AO19 Francine D'Olimpio and Rebecca Matarazzi (Owners) and Sea Salt Homes (Agent): To replace
deck, windows, and siding, and paint house at 164 Merchant Ave
5. 25-AO20 Andrew and Marion Varley (Owners) and Thomas Smith/Jean Bowden (Agents): To replace
decking and railings on front porch at 73 Bray Farm Road South
6. 25-AO21 James and Annette Ball (Owners): To paint front door and remove storm door at 43 Summer
Street
7. 25-AO23 Kelly McGuill (Owner) and Lewis Bay Builders LLC (Agent): To replace roof, siding, trim, deck
boards, doors, windows and deck posts and paint house at 189 Center Street
