Upon review of the 2015 International Mechanical Code,the required exhaust system per Table 403.3.1.1,it is
determined that the for the maximum occupancy of 25 persons,the required outdoor CFM/person would require a
maximum of 600CFM,while the required exhaust maximum is 540CFM.Upon inspection of premises,current
equipment is installed as follows,
12"inline exhaust fan capable of pulling 940 CFM branched evenly between both sides,
3 ton HVAC RTU with economizer capable of bringing in up to 700 CFM fresh air.
The equipment on site is functioning and sized correctly at this time based upon my understanding of the code.
