Thank you for your assistance in tracking down the proceedings regarding the Zoning Board of
Appeals petitions 5147 and 5159.
On behalf of Marvel Katharine B Trustee of the Marvel Condo Trust and our property at Buck Island
Village, 481 Buck Island Rd 9E, West Yarmouth, we would like to add our comments for any other
consideration of the petitions, or any subsequent filings thereto.
As an abutter, we adamantly oppose the request. We feel that a permanent location of a camper on
the property occupied by a cranberry bog is inappropriate unless there is a septic system or linkage to
a sewage system.
Please accept this as our written response. If this email is not acceptable, please let us know and we
will convert this to a formal letter and mail it to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
