Rosangela Caloiero for a dock at 59 Oyster Cove Rd. (Easement). I am a
resident of Oyster Cove Rd and hold the same deeded right of way to the
proposed location and it would infringe on my rights.
I am an abutter on Bass River to the proposed site and the proposed dock
would be less than five feet from our property. It would also be the second
dock on a single parcel of land.
