Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Met with owner John for the inspection as the tenant of 2 years
was not at home. The unit was found to be neat, clean, and
organized. However, findings from the previous inspection
report (8/2023) remain unaddressed and will be included
again along with additional findings. The owner committed to
resolving the minor issues within 30 days, except for painting,
for which he has contacted his contractor to schedule the
work. Additionally, he agreed to provide photographs once the
items have been addressed.
