Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
#20 Met with owner John for the inspection as
tenant of seven months was not at home.
Overall home was found neat, clean and
organized. Owner is going to speak to the
tenants about removing foil on the burners of
their gas stove. See inspection on #18 about the
paint and the trim on the exterior.
