Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
#227 Met with owner Jon Stetkis for the inspection along
with current tenant. Overall unit was found neat, clean and
organized. As stated in previous inspection, maximum
occupancy will be set at 4 based on septic system and
number of bedrooms. Basement cannot be used as a
separate sleeping area, absolutely no cooking. (See attached
letter)
