Overall Remarks:
#18 Met with the tenant, who stated he had
recently moved into the unit. Upon inspection,
the unit was found to be in disarray and severely
unclean, with multiple issues requiring attention.
I contacted the property owner, Paxti Breton, to
review the concerns, and the owner clarified
that the tenant had already been residing in the
unit and that only the roommate had recently
moved out.
As there was no registration or inspection
conducted in 2024, it was unclear whether the
tenant or the landlord was responsible for the
unit's condition. Owner agreed he would
address issues and send photos of completed
work
