Dear Mr. & Mrs. Campos.
This letter constitutes an Official Notice of Zoning Violation
The Town of Yarmouth Building dept. received a complaint that you are operating a business fi-om your home.
(Graphic vehicle wrap.)
Your property is listed in the R-40 zone, which is a residential zone. This type of use, which would be classified in
the Town of Yarmouth zoning bylaw 202.5 Use and Regulation Table as L5 Other Auto services, is not allowed in
residential zoning.
202.1 Application. No building or structure shall be erected, and no premises shall be used, except as
set forth in the Use Regulations Schedule, or in other sections of this bylaw. If a use is not specifically
allowed, by right or special permit, it shall not be allowed unless an appeal is taken under section 102.2.3,
and it is shown beyond a reasonable doubt to be of similar nature and at least no more noxious nor
detrimental to the welfare of the neighborhood than a specifically allowed use.
You are hereby ordered to cease and desist in this use and abate or correct said violations within seven (7) days.
Failure to comply with the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw is subject to tines and penalties as allowed per section
101.3

the right to appeal this decision with the Zoning Board of Appeals within 30 days of this letter.
