Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143; on March 20, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Request for Determination of Applicability_ Kevin and Bonnie Manzolini, 40 Grandview Drive, Proposed garage and drive- way expansion in riverfront area, LSCSF, and the buffer zone to a coastal bank. Notice of Intent Henry and Nadine Gill, 206 South Street, Proposed construction of a pier, ramp, and float; and replacement a stone revetment in land under the ocean, coasta I beach, coastal bank, salt marsh and land containing shellfish. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. Specific information for participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found within the posted agenda on the town's website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us /AgendaCenter at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
